Denials and appeals
Andon reviews each denied claim against the clinical record and the payer’s policy. It recommends the next step, names the correction when the claim needs one, and drafts the appeal when one is needed.
Revenue Cycle Operations
Andon builds each workflow around your operations, starting from your SOPs and payer policies. It reads each case’s documents and history, checks them against payer policy and your rules, and recommends the next step with the evidence attached for your specialist to review.

Andon handles revenue cycle work that follows an SOP and runs on documents, such as denials, appeals, and prior authorization. We build each workflow around your operations, starting from your existing SOPs, policies, and training guidelines.
During setup we connect each workflow to the documents and systems it needs. There isn’t a packaged connector for every clearinghouse, practice management system, or EHR. Payer portal automation is in development.
We do not use your data to train models. When a workflow handles PHI, we sign a BAA with you and put BAAs in place with our model and infrastructure providers before any PHI reaches the platform.
We update the workflow, test it on past claims, and release it after you approve.
An operations lead, the SOP or guidelines for one queue, and 20 to 50 past cases, shared under a BAA or de-identified.
